ColourPop Sculpting Stix
When ColourPop Cosmetics came out with their line of contouring and highlighting pencils, I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who heard glorious music and saw fireworks. I mean, it’s a given that ColourPop products are usually on par with much pricier items, so it’s great when they come out with anything new! There are 14 ColourPop Sculpting Stix in total, ranging from creamy white to deep chocolate brown.
My fear with contour and highlight products, especially crayons, is that they will mess with the consistency of the other base products I put on my face. I’ve become a cakey mess just from trying to layer foundation and contour. It’s gross. Needless to say, I’ve tested the ColourPop Scultping Stix with a variety of other products. There’s good news! I found the sculpting stix to work beautifully beneath and on top of other products. Win!
The three shades of ColourPop Sculpting Stix that I’ve been playing with are: Gummy Bear (creamy ivory), Dove (light cool-toned taupe) and Adulting (soft warm beige). Since I am pretty fair (MAC NC20), I chose these light shades to do a soft, natural contour.
